Description: Kash The Flash is again gathering a strong IFA team for the Mcmillian Cancer Support Fun run on 2 May from Alexander Stadium-we are looking to get a minimum of 100 runners this year and remember it's only 5k which is only 3 miles - you can run - walk or jog but just have fun and raise funds for this very worthwile cause.
