What We Offer
- The kash the flash gym has something for everyone, whether you want to be the next world champion or just want to keep fit this is the place for you.
- The classes range from beginners to professional and provide you with plently of opportunities, including having a go in the ring , gaining new belts & improving you're martial arts but most importantly it provides you with self defence as well as keeping you fit.
- We also offer one to one classes.
- We offer a unique training experience due to Kash's vast experience and unmatched knowledge about the sport, to be the best you have to train with the best.
International Freestly Association
IFA has evolved from a combination of the traditional martial arts and a modern proven training programme, which has produced international championship fighters.
The IFA has adopted a flexible Freestyle Syllabus, allowing students to compete in a range of competitions; from Light Contact, Full Contact, Kickboxing or Thai Boxing. Thus, students wishing to gain competitive experience have a wider choice of styles to choose from.
The Chief instructor of the IFA is Kash "The Flash" Gill, who is 4 times World Kickboxing Champion. He has competed amongst the best of the best all around the globe.
The chief instructor is adamant that whilst traditional martial arts disciplines should be practised, new techniques and training methods must continually be introduced.
